CHURCH HOSTS 49TH ANNUAL PALOS VERDES ANTIQUES SHOW AND SALE
Proceeds from the 3-day fundraiser
support the South Bay Parish and a variety of charitable programs
St.
Francis Episcopal Church in Palos Verdes Estates will host the 49th Annual
Palos Verdes Antiques Show and Sale, its annual fundraiser on Thursday and
Friday June 1 and 2 from 11 am to 6 pm,
and Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 11 am until 4 pm. The Opening Night Preview Party “A Night on the Riviera,” will be held
on Wednesday, May 31 from 6 to 9 pm. Tickets are $25 presale, $40 at the door, or purchase five tickets for
$100. The popular 3-day event features top dealers from Northern and Southern
California as well as Utah—who will display and sell a dazzling array of 18th,
19th and early 20th Century furniture, silver, prints,
jewelry, china, pottery, rugs, Asian antiques, vintage Americana and more. In addition to the antiques, the show
presents the Harvest Cupboard with tasty homemade offerings; Garden Gazebo with
plants and ornaments, Patio Luncheons, English Afternoon Tea, and Evening Wine
and Cheese. Admission is $10 with return
privileges and parking is free.
Additionally,
the following dealers are returning: Eagle
Antiques in Healdsburg is returning for their 32nd year to
display their fine estate jewelry. They
will be joined by McHale Silverwares
of Camarillo, Dianne Silliman, of Laces
& Graces who lives in RPV, Frank Ross of Once Again — California
Pottery & Antiques in Fallbrook who will bring a fine collection of
pottery and art; and Marcia Crawford of Once
Upon A Time Antiques in La Jolla, featuring assorted women’s clothing all
handmade with vintage fabrics. Event

Held on the beautiful grounds of St.
Francis Episcopal Church, which is nestled in a eucalyptus grove overlooking
the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean, the show is the longest running privately promoted
charity antiques show in Southern California.
Produced by the Episcopal Church Women of St. Francis, the show is run
and staffed entirely by church members and volunteers.
St. Francis is located at 2200 Via
